To get LMW gear, fill out an Equipment Reservation Form and get an LMW instructor to sign off on the form, then take the form to the ER.
For equipment available for walk up check, do not fill out the reservation form.

After getting the okay from an LMW instructor know what suite you want. go to Studio Booking Procedures. Fill out the form and let your instructor know during lab time. If all goes well, you will receive an email confirmation from booking@expression.edu.

Instructor: Name of instructor
Status: Student
Studio requested: FCP suite number AND room number (as listed on the SAE Expression College Room Schedule Calendar)
Nature of session: LMW class project (for example)
Lab group members: List all first AND last names
