Ticket and Cap & Gown Pick-up
Each graduate receives 5 tickets for guests to start. Tickets will be given out with caps & gowns.
Tickets and caps & gowns will be available for pick up from the Office of Student Affairs approximately a week after your last day of your final term. Guest tickets, caps and gowns may be picked up anytime up until the day of the ceremony. The Office of Student Affairs is available Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm in the South Wing Student Services Area.
Guest Tickets and Seating
All guests will need a ticket to guarantee a seat. However, there is limited standing room available. Each graduate will receive 5 tickets when they pick up their cap and gown.
If you have guests who required advanced or alternate seating arrangements, please email the Office of Student Affairs to make arrangements at email@example.com.

Extra Ticket Requests
The deadline for extra ticket requests is one week before the ceremony by 5pm. Requests for extra tickets will be fulfilled in the order received. In other words, first come, first served. Extra tickets are not guaranteed. Graduates will be notified whether their ticket request has been filled the following day via email. You may either pick up your extra tickets when they are ready, or have them left at the Will Call table for your guests.
If you need extra tickets, check with your classmates. They may not need all of their tickets.
If that fails, then send an email to Student Affairs with your name, your graduation, and the number of additional tickets you need. If you have extra tickets, and would like to donate them to a fellow graduate, please contact Student Affairs.
