Graduates

Below you will find general information about graduation ceremonies at SAE Expression College. If you would like to know specific deadlines for a particular ceremony, please go to the FAQ page under the Deadline drop down section.

Graduation Ceremony Registration
Please register for the Graduation Ceremony by the deadline presented in your email. This information is crucial. If you do not plan to participate in the ceremony, please fill out the registration form anyway.

Graduation Request Form
The Graduation Request Form is due on the deadline presented in your email from the registrars office. To ensure there is no delay in receiving your diploma, please complete and submit your form early! It is highly recommended that you schedule your appointments now. Please note that you may not receive your diploma immediately after graduation if you have any holds or a remaining balance on your account.

If you have taken out any Federal Loans, you will have to complete an Exit Workshop with Financial Aid. If you have not already signed up for a workshop, please speak to your Financial Aid rep.

Graduation Reel
Due dates will be on the 30th of April. Please refer to the Graduation Reels page for more information.

Graduation Photos
Class photos will be taken the day of the ceremony. Family and friends are encouraged to take photos during the ceremony to catch their graduate on stage.

For class photo schedule, please refer to the Graduation Overview you will receive with your cap and gown. The Overview will also be emailed one week prior to the ceremony.

Tickets/Caps & Gowns
Each graduate receives 5 tickets for guests.

Caps/Gowns and Tickets will be available for pick up in the month of April from the Office of Student Affairs. You will receive an email about cap & gown/tickets pick up dates and times.

If you are in need of extra tickets, please check-in with the Office of Student Affairs. Unfortunately we can not provide extra tickets for everyone for this graduation, but we will try to accommodate as many students as we can.

SAE Epression Alumni Association
SAE Epression Alumni Association membership comes with great benefits like Equipment Room and library privileges and it’s a fantastic way to keep in touch with other SAE Epression grads! Also, alumni who wish to book studio time (including green screen or Mo Cap), must be members of the SAE Epression Alumni Association. Join for free at http://alumni.expression.edu/alumni-association/join. Cameron Parker in the Career Services Department would be the person to contact about Alumni Association questions. c.parker@expression.edu
